Holly Means
Senior Associate Vice President, Marketing

In her role, Holly provides expert counsel and leadership for Ohio State’s institutional brand strategy and oversees the continuing development and implementation of marketing strategies for initiatives across the enterprise and with university partners, including Enrollment Services. Holly has dedicated her career to building strong brands and cultivating high-performing teams, bringing nearly 20 years of domestic and global marketing experience at Johnson & Johnson.

Justin Bell
Associate Vice President, Brand Experience

Justin provides strategic leadership and stewardship in translating Ohio State’s brand into creative, content and channel strategies. He leads a team of marketers, creatives and storytellers that work to bring the Ohio State brand to life across channels and media — creating compelling, optimized audience experiences. Justin is an agency veteran with more than 16 years’ experience developing brand strategies for global Fortune 100 brands.
